Whole Person Care
Whole Person Care (WPC) is a person-centered approach that integrates physical health, behavioral health, and social services to improve outcomes for individuals with complex needs. By coordinating care across multiple systems, WPC helps vulnerable residents—particularly those experiencing serious mental illness, substance use disorders, homelessness, or chronic medical conditions—access the comprehensive support they need.
Medication Management
Medication for mental health can be life changing. At Anchor Health Management Inc., (Anchor) we believe that effective medication management is a crucial part of mental health care. Acting as the centralized hub for the comprehensive delivery of mid- to high level behavioral health psychiatric medication management, we continuously raise the standards of care, drives the advocacy of care coordination, and develop and implement service components that result in positive outcomes for clients while ensuring effective stewardship of public mental health dollars.
Substance Use Disorder
Our Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUDT) programs are designed to champion recovery and well-being through a multifaceted approach. This includes proactive prevention strategies, comprehensive supportive services, targeted interventions, and integrated care for individuals facing co-occurring mental illness and alcohol or other drug-related challenges. At Anchor Health, we aim to empower individuals toward a path of recovery, resilience, and improved overall health.
